Shuvroto Dev Shuvo is a Bangladeshi youth leader, social activist, and emerging voice in public policy,
diplomacy, and youth development. His work is rooted in a strong commitment to empowering young
people, fostering international cooperation, and creating meaningful, community-driven impact. He
represents a new generation of leaders dedicated to bridging policy, social development, and global
engagement through practical action, critical thinking, and leadership.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) at the University of Delhi under the prestigious
ICCR scholarship supported by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Shuvroto’s journey
reflects both academic dedication and cross-cultural understanding. His academic experience has
strengthened his interest in economic systems, governance, and policy, while also shaping his perspective
on the importance of collaboration and dialogue in addressing global challenges.
Shuvroto began his academic journey in Bangladesh, completing his education at Habiganj High School
and College and later graduating from Notre Dame College, Dhaka. From an early stage, he demonstrated
a strong sense of responsibility toward society, consistently engaging in leadership roles and initiatives
that aimed to inspire, organize, and uplift young people within his community.
As the Founder and Chairperson of The Diplomatic Standard, Shuvroto leads a youth-driven initiative
focused on encouraging dialogue, research, and engagement in diplomacy and public policy. Through this
platform, he promotes critical discussions, youth participation, and knowledge-sharing, with the goal of
nurturing informed and responsible future leaders.
Driven by a vision of inclusive leadership and long-term impact, Shuvroto continues to work toward
creating spaces where young voices are heard, ideas are exchanged, and meaningful change is encouraged
at both community and global levels.

His journey took him beyond national boundaries as he pursued international education, engaged with global youth networks, and participated in international conferences and delegations. These experiences helped him understand the power of cross-cultural collaboration and the importance of youth representation in global conversations.

Today, Shuvroto continues to work across international platforms as a youth leader, policy advocate, and global engagement champion — driven by the belief that empowered young people are the key to building a more just and collaborative world.
